SKILLSTATE - A software package that provides business leaders, managers and HR departments with a “people and performance dashboard”. Skillstate holds details of all jobs, job descriptions, key skills and qualifications required and achieved. Reports show skill shortages and allow managers to quickly access people with the right skills for particular shifts. Skillstate also holds templates for development and performance reviews ensuring objectivity and visibility by business leaders and HR departments and therefore allows planning of training resources to fill skill gaps.
